Sara Maccagnan is the founder of Bilingual Evaluation Specialists of Texas (B.E.S.T.) and is licensed by the State of Texas as a School Psychologist. With more than 25 years of experience in education, she has served diverse student populations throughout the Houston area. Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education with certifications in Special Education and Bilingual Education, as well as Master’s degrees in School Psychology and Clinical Psychology. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to bring a comprehensive and culturally responsive perspective to educational and psychological evaluations.

Patricia Garcia is a bilingual School Psychologist at Bilingual Evaluation Specialists of Texas (B.E.S.T.), fluent in both English and Spanish. She earned her Master of Arts in Psychology from Houston Christian University and her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Houston–Downtown. Patricia is licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists and brings more than 16 years of experience in education serving diverse student populations across the Houston area.

Janette Vazquez holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology and has collaborated with Bilingual Evaluation Specialists of Texas (B.E.S.T.) for more than 15 years. She is a highly experienced bilingual professional with over 20 years of experience providing services in both public school settings and private practice.

Susan Garcia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and certifications in Bilingual Education and Special Education. She is a bilingual professional with more than 17 years of experience working in public school settings as both a teacher and educational specialist.

Veronica Clisanchez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a bilingual professional who joined Bilingual Evaluation Specialists of Texas (B.E.S.T.) in 2019 and has become an essential member of the multidisciplinary evaluation team.

Monica Flores joined Bilingual Evaluation Specialists of Texas (B.E.S.T.) in 2021 and serves as the company’s Office Manager and Administrative Support Coordinator. She plays a vital role in ensuring the organization’s daily operations run efficiently and effectively while supporting both staff members and school partners.
